Amateur Boxer, Personal Trainer and Freelance Fitness coach based in Westport, Co.Mayo. I am into real world fitness and its many benefits rather than the Instagram skin deep "fitness" of today. Its all about getting a sweat on, boosting endorphins, sticking with it and more to the point...enjoying it. The best training regime is the one you will stick to, the one you will enjoy and the one that you won't dread.
WHAT DOES A 1-2-1 SESSION INVOLVE?
My 1-2-1 sessions typically include a range of training styles depending on the client, their goals and ability. These include Boxing, Weights, Olympic Lifts, Kettlebells, TRX/Suspension training and Indoor cycle to name a few. It all depends on what the client is able for and comfortable with. Different goals will have different training approaches. This is where PT really pays off. Your training needs to specific to YOUR GOALS.
